1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of services in writing.

Refunds are subject to the timing of the cancellation:

7 days or more before the event: Full refund minus any non-refundable booking charges.

3–6 days before the event: 50% of the total payment will be refunded.

Less than 3 days before the event: No refund will be issued.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Non-refundable costs (such as purchased materials, pre-booked vendors, or third-party charges) may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Service Issues

If services are partially delivered or not as agreed, customers must notify us immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues, including rescheduling, partial refunds, or service adjustments.
4. Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies), events may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
5. No Returns on Consumables

Items such as cakes, food, or customized materials cannot be returned once delivered or prepared.
